To ensure the continual improvement of the quality of our laboratory services, we have introduced a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 15189:2014. Our aim is always to implement the latest technological and medical standards in the services we provide.
Since December 2013 Diagenom GmbH’s competence has been confirmed by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS).
Our quality management system is based inter alia on:
• highly qualified and dedicated staff,
• as well as their continual further training,
• the use of modern technologies and high-quality reagents,
• extensive internal and external controls,
• the cost and environmentally conscious use of resources .
Our quality management goes significantly beyond the requirements of the new “guideline of the German Medical Association for Quality Assurance in Medical Laboratories”.
We would be pleased to provide you with quality-related information (e.g. EQA test certificates) on request.
A key indicator of our quality is your feedback, which helps us to work better in the interests of medical staff and their patients.
